What we sell

Monkey SIM (operated from Switzerland) sells prepaid travel eSIM data packages and a managed data service. Prices are shown up front in your currency and never change at checkout. No subscriptions, no coupons, no hidden fees.

DIY purchases

You pick a plan, pay once, and receive an eSIM by email. Data volumes and validity are stated on each plan. Coverage depends on local carrier networks we resell; speeds are not guaranteed.

Managed data (auto-buy mandate)

With managed data you prepay a budget and instruct us to purchase data packages on your behalf while you travel. This is a purchasing mandate limited by a hard budget cap:

• We never spend beyond your prepaid cap.
• Every purchase is recorded on your dashboard and emailed to you as it happens.
• Packages are bought at the same retail price as DIY purchases — no managed premium.
• After your trip ends, the unspent remainder is refunded to your original payment method.

Liability

We resell wholesale eSIM capacity and cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, to the extent Swiss law permits.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
