Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order data: email address, purchased plan, price, currency.
• eSIM data: ICCID, activation state and used data volume (from our wholesale partner) — needed to show your remaining balance and, for managed trips, to size purchases.
• Account data: email and passkey public keys. We never see or store passwords.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling of data.
• Only strictly necessary cookies (session, currency preference) — which is why there is no cookie banner.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), eSIM Access (eSIM provisioning), Sentry (error monitoring). Data may be processed outside Switzerland under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under the Swiss revDSG and GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data at hi@monkeysim.ch.
